Kardashians

Baby chic: Kourtney Kardashian's fashion forward tot Penelope sported an elaborate headband during a mother-daughter shopping spree in West Hollywood on Monday

Usually Kourney Kardashians ( pictured above) is the stylish one
but here her daughter Penelope has taken the limelight
She was fashionably dressed in a white crochet knit cardigan and a 
white dress with a beautiful feathered headband.


Too cute: Little Penelope, who turns one next month, seemed to be digging her gem-studded headband that showcased white feathers
